Becoming a Mentor

We believe that mentor-mentee relationship does not necessarily have to be between a senior and junior scholar. Most often someone who is only couple of years ahead of us might provide a more thorough guidance with fresh information on the challenges of the current academic job market. We provide training to those who would like to learn the art of mentorship and become independent mentors.
