I am Sertaç Sehlikoglu. I established SEHLIK Academic Consultancy and SEHLIK Foundation to continue my existing academic consultancy, coaching, and mentorship sessions and diverse trainings.

Since 2017, I supported several institutions towards their grant applications and dozens of junior and mid-career academics based in the UK, Europe, and the US to apply for temporary and permanent jobs, fellowships, book proposals, and grants.

At the institutional level, I offer tailored trainings and consultancy for scientific excellence. I worked for British (Cambridge University, University College London) and Turkish (Ozyegin, Marmara) universities.

For junior scholars, I offer mentorship and coaching, for especially those who trying to pursue on their long-term goals and are unclear about what is expected of them along the way. I have secured for over 2.2 million £ for myself in my academic life in grants; and my mentees have secured a range of grants, including smaller and considerably larger ones.

For senior scholars, I offer coaching towards grant applications and mentorship trainings.
